The machinery your growth runs on.

§ 01 · The problem

Most SMBs don't need more headcount. They need leverage. The kind that turns Monday morning into a forty-hour week instead of a sixty-hour one.

Your team is already stretched. Adding people takes months, costs thousands, and rarely solves the underlying issue: too much manual work moving between too many tools.

AI agents and well-built automations close that gap. Not as a replacement for your people. As a multiplier for them. We build that multiplier, by hand, for one operator at a time.

§ 02 · How the studio works

Three modes, one engagement, the same operators across all of it.

01

Strategy

Audit and score every process by impact, feasibility, and payback. Pick the right wedge before we write a line of code.

  • Process audit and ROI scoring
  • Tooling and integration plan
  • Roadmap with payback timelines
02

Execution

Build the agents, wire them to your stack, and ship them into production with your team. Not over their heads.

  • AI agents wired to your CRM and ops tools
  • n8n, Make, or custom workflows
  • Internal dashboards and review queues
03

Advisory

Stay on retainer. Optimize what's live, expand where the payback is best, and train your team to extend it themselves.

  • Monthly working sessions
  • Architecture and tool-stack reviews
  • Team enablement and SOPs

§ 06 · Who you'll work with

A team of operators, not consultants.

Everyone here has sat in your seat. We've run growth, ops, or partnerships inside SMBs and high-growth teams before doing this work. That's why we sit on the operator side of the table with you, not across from it.

Our clients are owner-operators between $1M and $25M in revenue who feel the constraint of headcount but don't want to layer in more SaaS or hire another coordinator. We replace the busy work, not the people doing it.

§ 07 · FAQ

Common questions, plainly answered.

Are you trying to replace my team? +

No. The opposite. We build automations and agents that take the manual, repetitive work off your team's plate so they can focus on the parts of the job that actually need a human. Most clients keep the same headcount and grow faster.

What happens to my data and credentials? +

Your data stays in your systems. We connect to your tools using your accounts, not shared credentials, and you own every prompt, workflow, and integration we produce. If we stop working together, the agents keep running on your infrastructure.

What if the first automation doesn't work? +

We pick the first build specifically so it ships fast and pays for itself. If the first agent isn't in production within 30 days of kickoff, we don't bill for that build. We've never had to invoke that, but it's the deal.

What does an engagement look like? +

Usually a 30-day strategy and first-build phase, then a monthly advisory retainer where we ship one to three new automations a month and keep the existing ones running cleanly. We can also do one-off scoped builds.

What tools do you work with? +

We're tool-agnostic but opinionated. Most stacks involve n8n or Make for orchestration, OpenAI or Anthropic for the agent layer, your existing CRM and finance tools, and lightweight custom code where the off-the-shelf options fall short.

Is this just Zapier consulting? +

No. Zapier and n8n are tools we use, the same way a chef uses a stove. The real work is the operator judgment about what to build, which processes to leave alone, and how the agents handle the cases they're not sure about. The tools are about 10% of the value.

How fast can you actually ship something? +

First working automation usually lands within two to three weeks of kickoff. We pick the wedge specifically so you see ROI before the strategy phase is fully written up.

What's the price range? +

Engagements typically start at $5,000 for a focused first-build and move into a monthly retainer between $4,000 and $12,000 depending on scope. We'll quote you precisely after the working session.

Why not just hire a freelance developer? +

You can. A freelancer is great if you know exactly what to build. Most of the value we add is the operator-side judgment about what to build, in what order, with what guardrails so it survives contact with your team.

What if I just want to talk through ideas? +

Book a working session. The first call is genuinely a working call: we'll dig into one specific problem you have and you'll leave with at least one concrete thing to try, whether or not we work together after.

Book a working session

One call. One concrete thing to try.

Bring one process that's stealing your team's time. We'll spend 30 minutes on it together and you'll leave with at least one thing to ship, whether or not we work together after.
